We combine all postage costs, for example: If you buy a Shower Enclosure and you add a toilet, Basin, Radiator, and 2 x Taps, you will pay whichever is the highest delivery charge which in this example will be £50 Total. Another example is, if you buy 10 x Toilets you will only be charged £35 Total.
Please note for large items please ensure you have help on hand getting the items into your property as curriers are not insured to enter your property
Delivery of your order will be made via our own drivers. We deliver goods 6 days a week in order to meet all delivery times.
There is various products listed on our website which may not be instock and could take upto 8-10 weeks. You will be notified if this is the case and giving the option to wait or be refunded. Or call 01642 232682 to check availabilty.
All goods must be unwrapped before fitting is commenced (eg. Screwing legs to bath) and fully checked. It is advisable to organise delivery in advance of the date contractors arrive, to avoid holding up installation. Note: It is advisable to do so before removal of existing items. If goods are found to be damaged or incorrect, Lowcost interiors will sort the problem out as soon as possible, the customer must give a reasonable time for this to be carried out. Note: To avoid delay or difficulty in assessing, correcting or exchanging any item found to be not suitable it is imperative that the customer or the fitter, DO NOT FIT THE PRODUCT IF IT IS EASILY IDENTIFIABLE AS INCORRECT IN ANY WAY. Fitting could be seen by a manufacturer as the end user being satisfied with the finish and suitability.
Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 10 days after you receive the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). Please note that this policy has some limitations which are detailed below and does not apply to business customers.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Lowcostbathrooms.com either via hand, post or email. Notification by telephone is not sufficient.

Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Lowcostbathrooms.com at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address as shown on the returns form. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged or the box defaced in any way in the meantime or whilst in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods Lowcostbathrooms.com shall, after receiving notification, either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods at an agreed cost which Lowcostbathrooms.com will pay for.
Once you have notified Lowcostbathrooms.com that you are cancelling the contract, Lowcostbathrooms.com will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, Lowcostbathrooms.com may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.
WHERE GOODS ARE CANCELLED OR RETURNED which are not required. Lowcost bathrooms will issue a credit note and/or deduct a cancellation charge, to our choice and assessment. (MINIMUM Cancellation charge is 25% of TOTAL price of the goods, where these are not part of the company’s core stock range. If from the core stock range the costs will be assessed, but would usually amount to 25% of the products if in acceptable resalable state.
